As Laramie, Wyoming's most intimate and unique art experiences, the Touchstone Laramie Fine Art Exhibition is a community event put on by the Laramie Artists Project, a consortium of Albany County’s top professional artists working to provide a professional environment to view work in Laramie and Albany County; offer professional development for local artists; encourage public recognition of community artists and encourage collecting their work; and to promote Laramie as an arts center within the geographic region. This unique event is organized by and put on entirely by the artists themselves. All artists are present for the entirety of the exhibition as well, not just for the opening reception.

Touchstone Laramie has become one of the most looked-for cultural events in Laramie. The exhibition features 21 local Laramie, Wyoming artists who present their newest never-before-seen work to the community. Previous events have seen an average weekend attendance of over 1,000 people of all ages.
